The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping area, both castles, and the Sion train station. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with refurbished bathrooms. The staff is helpful and made extra efforts to assist guests, such as finding alternative train routes. The restaurant serves a delicious Fondue Bourguignon.
The breakfast selection was limited, especially on certain days like Whit Monday.

Close to the train station - convenient for travel purposes. Very close to the shopping area - perfect for exploring and shopping. Cleanliness of the hotel - well-maintained and spotless. Friendly and helpful staff - made our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
No air conditioning - uncomfortable during hot summer days.

Great central location, close to shops and restaurants. Spectacular castle views from the spacious rooms. Helpful staff found alternative train route when tickets were sold out. Clean facilities and a reasonable restaurant. a pleasant stay. 🏰🚂🍽️👍

This hotel is a great find in the heart of the city. It offers good value for money with spacious rooms and a delicious complimentary breakfast. I loved the attention to detail, with books and boardgames available in the waiting area. The location is perfect for sightseeing, with nice views of the basilica.
All was fine, no improvements needed.
